ISA Cobras

After starring at ISA for 4 years, Courtney completed her studies at City College of SF leading her team to the state playoffs with teammate and former ISA Class of 2007 standout Brittney Allen.  Courtney finished her career at City College selected as a 2nd team All State.  ISA sends best wishes to Courtney as she continues her development in the game.  Coach Verna Castro praises Courtney for her perseverance and gift on the court.  "We wish Courtney luck as she continues her journey as a student athlete.  What an opportunity to play the game she loves and at the same time get a free education.  Young girls should be grateful for Titile IX (1971 Federal Law that gave young girls opportunity for athletic scholarships).  Courtney certainly has benefited from this.  She will make our ISA family proud.  Just another example of the many young female ball players who are rising to challenges after leaving ISA.  We are proud of Courtney!"
